Cattle Scan is an Ontario-based startup looking for Regional Account Manager in North-East US.

The Role:
We’re seeking a Regional Account Manager based in Central NY to drive our sales growth in the North-East US. In this role, you'll meet with leads and customers across the region, while also working remotely with new prospects nationwide.

We’re looking for a proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong understanding of the dairy industry, cow health, and reproduction. Your goal will be to help dairy producers optimize their operations while meeting our ambitious sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and grow sales within your assigned territory (25% travel expected)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with dairy producers, veterinarians, and industry associations
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a strong deal flow, timely follow-ups, and successful deal closure
  • Provide demos and training on our Cattle Scan platform
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and identify upsell opportunities
  • Gather customer feedback to improve our products.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to improve our product
  • Report directly to the cofounder of the company in charge of sales and customer success

Skills and Experience

  • 1+ year of recent experience selling to dairy farms. You understand the pros and cons of natural heat vs cow programming
  • Cows and calves health management experience will be a plus
  • Driving license
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English
  • Experience working remotely and the ability to work autonomously
  • MUST be a resident of Upstate New York

Supplemental Pay:
