Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities that support our financial institution's product offerings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all deposit account services while responding to customer and Branch personnel inquiries concerning deposit operations issues. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to foster a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the operational and technical support provided to customers and branch personnel concerning regulation, set-up, and daily operations of all deposit accounts and transactions.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Provide oversight and assistance with Demand Deposit accounts, online and remote banking services, wire processing, etc.
  • Review reports for accuracy as well as proper authorization.
  • Research and respond to customer and employee requests and inquiries in an accurate, timely, and professional manner.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns promptly to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align deposit operation initiatives with corporate goals.

Experience

  • Senior level bank operations experience that includes supervision of a large team and customer relations experience.
  • Strong understanding of deposit operations within a financial institution.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective employee and customer engagement.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights.
  • Ability to create new processes and procedures to meet customer and technical demands.
