Overview
Atlas Fastener, LLC is rapidly growing fastener distributor based out of Sauk City, Wisconsin. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Regional Outside Sales Representative to join our growing sales in the Milwaukee metro area. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while promoting our products and services to new and prospective customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a passion for sales, and driven personality to grow the territory. This position will work out of a home office and will be visiting existing and prospective customers in the greater Milwaukee metro. No overnight travel and limited travel to corporate office in Sauk City, Wisconsin.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Engage in direct sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales.
- Work directly with inside sales to ensure customer satisfaction and win new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for market penetration and growth.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement or new product offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
Requirements
- Must reside in the Milwaukee metro area.
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in construction or manufacturing industry required.
- Previous fastener sales preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Familiarity with business development strategies and techniques.
- Ability to assess market trends and customer needs effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on persuasion and influence.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
