Regional Project Manager (CO and AZ)

Position Overview: We are seeking a Regional Project Manager to oversee projects in both Arizona and Colorado. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience and the ability to manage remote teams across Colorado and Arizona.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to communicate effectively, timely, efficiently and succinctly a core requirement.
• Oversee all active projects and manage teams/subcontractors in each market.
• Ensure timely completion of projects.
• Utilize project management tools and software.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Conduct site visits and inspections.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with state-specific construction standards and safety protocols.
• Prepare and present project status reports.
• Manage project risks and issues.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.

Qualifications:

• General Contractor’s license required.
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• General Contractor’s license required (to be researched).
• Experience managing remote teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel frequently between AZ and CO.
• Knowledge of state-specific construction standards and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
