Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to oversee our operations in multiple locations. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of our properties, ensuring day-to-day operational efficiency, and driving revenue growth of our residential portfolios. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of real estate and property management.

Knowledge and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of multifamily property management experience, with at least 2 years in a regional or multi-site leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience leading lease-ups of new apartment communities from pre-construction to stabilization—including managing initial marketing campaigns, hiring and onboarding site teams, coordinating with construction schedules, and driving aggressive leasing timelines.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple assets simultaneously, including Class A lease-ups, stabilized properties, and value-add repositioning projects.
  • Strong background in team leadership, performance coaching, and staffing strategy.
  • Deep knowledge of budgeting, financial performance metrics, rent optimization, and occupancy forecasting.
  • Experience with vendor and capital improvement project oversight, including unit renovations and exterior upgrades.
  • High proficiency in property management software platforms (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage).
  • Ability to travel throughout assigned region as needed.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • Reliable Transportation required
