About the Role

DUMAK USA is looking for passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager. You will play a key role in leading and overseeing our US sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, setting sales goals, monitoring performance and driving overall sales revenue.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is motivated to transform a sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals and create our DUMAK presence in the USA.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Creating and implementing comprehensive sales plans aligned with company goals, including market analysis, customer segmentation, and pricing strategies.
  • Team Management: Training and developing a high-performing sales team by providing coaching, feedback, and ongoing support.
  • Goal Setting: Establishing clear sales targets for individual team members and the overall sales team, tracking progress, and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyzing sales data to identify trends, strengths, and weaknesses, and using insights to optimize sales performance.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Fostering strong relationships with key clients, managing customer accounts, and addressing customer concerns.
  • Pipeline Management: Overseeing the sales pipeline, identifying potential leads, and ensuring timely progression of opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Sales Reporting: Regularly presenting sales data and key metrics to senior management, including sales forecasts and performance analysis.
  • Motivational Leadership: Inspiring and motivating the sales team to achieve goals through positive reinforcement, recognition, and team building activities.

Key Competencies:

  • Leadership Skills: Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks, and create a positive work environment.
  • Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and senior management.
  • Customer Focus: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
  • Market Knowledge: Awareness of industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales management.
  • Valid driving license and reliable vehicle - clean driving record.

  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, 8:00AM - 5:00PM

  • Salary: From $75,000 USD yearly, plus yearly bonuses
