About us
Behavior Analysis Solutions LLC is a clinic located in Largo, FL. We provide ABA services to kids and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities including autism, ADHD, ODD, and others. We provide services in the community, in-school, in-home and clinic settings. We would love for you to join our team!

BAS is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children with intellectual and developmental disabilities including autism. We provide services in all environments including clinic, school and in-home. A good candidate would have experience working with children in similar settings. Responsibilities:
- Collecting data about behavior through direct observation.
- Assisting BCBAs as directed with behavior reduction and skill acquisition behavior treatment plans.
- Teaching specific behavior skills within the behavior treatment plan
- Engaging and teaching children social skills based on the environment.
- Teaching communication skills
- Teaching hygiene skills (including toilet training, teeth brushing, and other hygiene skills).
- Communicating about sessions with parents and caregivers.
- Must be able to pass a level 2 background check.

Willing to train the right person even without current RBT certification.
$15 an hour for training prior to completing RBT certification and credentialing.
