Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

• Assist the BCBA in conducting functional behavior assessments and records data to measure success and outcomes
• Maintain an accurate record of the child's progress, occurrences of problem behaviors, and general observation, and provide feedback to the BCBA
• Implement treatment plans, assist children with skill acquisition, including independent life skills (i.e. hygiene, self-management, toilet training)
• Have an understanding of autism or be willing to learn
• Have a positive attitude and good work ethics
• Possess communication skills and flexible personality
• Be able to work well with parents, staff, and administration
• 40 hour work week
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• 40 hour RBT training (offered by company)
• Pass criminal background check
• Pass competency exam within 2 months of employment

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
