**THIS POSITION IS LOOKING TO HIRE SOMEONE INTERESTED IN STARTING AS PART TIME AND POTENTIALLY GROWING INTO FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT, CENTER-BASED, M-F HOURS CAN BE ANYWHERE BETWEEN 800AM-600PM**

**THERE WOULD BE NO ISSUE IF CURRENTLY WORKING FOR ANOTHER FACILITY OR IF DESIRES TO WORK FOR ANOTHER FACILITY WHILE WORKING OUR PART TIME HOURS AS LONG AS HOURS DONT INTERFERE**

Job Duties

· Implement 1:1 ABA interventions programs to children

· Provide direct behavioral services to clients in individual and/or group sessions

· Run skill acquisition programs with clients using Applied Behavior Analysis and Verbal Behavior Analysis

· Complete daily documentation

· Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts and/or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts to implement individualized treatment plans

· Collect data and graph data as instructed using technological programs, such as Microsoft Excel or behavioral software ( Central Reach )

· Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients

· Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions and when emergency crisis situations arise

· Any other job duties as assigned by the supervisor and another administrator

· be able to multi-task

Position details

· Hourly rate of $24 (Registered Behavior Technician); including all hours when providing therapy

· PART -time hours available now (min of 25 hours per week)

· Must be able to work after school hours during the week ( Until 6 P.M Monday - Thursday ) , evenings, and some weekends if needed

_ Other Requirements_

· Successful completion of a criminal background check

· CPR/BLS Certification

· Valid Driver's license and reliable transpiration

· Ability to lift 35+ pounds

· Must pass Tuberculosis (TB) test

· HS diploma required, college experience proffered

· Willing to get certified within 90 days of the start date

· A minimum of a high school diploma and at least 1 year of experience working with individuals with a developmental disability.

· Must be able to walk, run, and play with small children
