Latitude currently has five locations and is planning rapid expansion throughout the NY area and around the country.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Obtaining vital signs, placing allergy skin tests, administering injections, overseeing oral food challenges, preparing oral immunotherapy doses, assisting with emergency care, and providing patient education
• Performing blood draws for both pediatric and adult patients
• Proactive patient care including monitoring and responding to patient calls, messages, dose management, and EMR messages
• Administrative responsibilities include ordering labs, obtaining insurance approvals, scheduling, data entry, ordering medications and restocking clinical supplies
• After hours emergency patient hot-line management (on rotation)

Requirements

• Active New York RN license; preferred > 1 year of clinical practice
• BLS/CPR certification obtained within 30 days of hire
• Phlebotomy certification or experience with pediatric blood draws
• Background with Pediatrics and/or Allergy/Immunology

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 27 per week
