About the role

Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, you have a solid understanding of account development, B2B sales, wholesale sales and multi-account management in the fitness supplement industry or FMCG sector within the Food, Drug and Mass channels.

You have the ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities and tasks, adhere to time requirements, and meet deadlines.

With strong written and verbal communication you are a confident communicator who can develop and manage relationships with new and existing accounts.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Managing, developing and growing existing corporate, direct sales distribution and specialty accounts across North America and sustainably building their sales revenue attribution
  • Identify and pursue new sales prospects and opportunities for business development
  • Utilising warm leads from the marketing and CEX team to win new business
  • Strategize and execute together with the internal marketing team to help these accounts grow and develop marketing calendars for them. You must be savvy and attuned with social media, especially Instagram, as EHPlabs and our retail partners are focused on marketing via IG
  • Nurturing relationships and adding value to our retail partners
  • Exceeding sales KPIs and targets ensuring portfolio growth
  • Maintaining the CRM (Asana) with respect to interactions with all retail accounts and building the sales book (cloud based software platform, Xero)
  • Reporting on market performance, identifying areas of opportunity, sales and profit growth and presenting results to the Senior Leadership Team
  • Travel to and attend trade association meetings, domestic and international trade shows, expos, competitions, and any additional relevant industry events that will promote EHPLabs brand, its product range and will ultimately sales. (not immediately, this is currently inhibited by travel restrictions due to COVID19)

  • Excellent relationship building skills and strong written and verbal communication
  • The ability to work under pressure and dispute/objection handling skills
  • A willingness to work in different time zones when needed
  • Strong sales, analytical and financial skills with experience in negotiating and deal-closing
