Reports to: Med Spa Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily appointment scheduling for all services offered by the Med Spa
  • Utilize the CRM system to track client interactions, follow-ups, and service histories
  • Contact leads and clients via phone, email, and possibly text to confirm appointments, reschedule services, and provide service updates
  • Provide clients with detailed information about Med Spa services, promotions, and special offers
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of spa treatments and services offered
  • Collaborate with spa staff to coordinate service timings and ensure client needs are met
  • Prepare and update reports on appointment bookings, cancellations, and client feedback
  • Participate in training and team meetings to stay updated on new practices, CRM system updates, or changes in services

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in administration or customer service is a plus
  • Proven experience in customer service or appointment coordination, preferably in a remote setting
  • Experience with CRM software and telephone systems
  • Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in handling multiple phone lines
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a complex schedule
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on customer care
  • Ability to work independently and reliably from a remote location
  • Familiarity with the beauty and wellness industry is preferred
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from distractions

Job Details:

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
