About the Role:

We're seeking an exceptional operations leader who can architect and optimize our transaction systems from anywhere. This remote role focuses on the strategic and systematic aspects of our operations—building the playbooks, designing the workflows, and creating the scalable infrastructure that will power Archie's growth nationwide.

You'll be the systems architect behind our liquid real estate revolution, transforming individual successes into repeatable processes. While you won't handle on-site tasks, you'll orchestrate our entire operational framework, working closely with local team members who execute in the field.

What You'll Own & Do

Systems Architecture & Process Design:

• Design and optimize our end-to-end transaction workflows
• Build comprehensive playbooks that transform complexity into clarity
• Create scalable systems that can handle exponential growth
• Maintain pristine data hygiene and reporting infrastructure

Remote Transaction Orchestration:

• Guide transactions from consultation through closing via digital tools
• Coordinate with local team members for on-site requirements
• Quarterback all documentation, inspections, and vendor relationships
• Ensure flawless execution through systematic oversight

Technology & Innovation:

• Leverage AI and automation to multiply operational efficiency
• Design tech-enabled solutions for common bottlenecks
• Build dashboards and reporting systems that provide real-time insights
• Continuously optimize our tech stack for maximum impact

Team Enablement:

• Create training materials and onboarding systems
• Support local teams with expertise and problem-solving
• Build knowledge bases that capture institutional wisdom
• Foster operational excellence across distributed teams

Requirements:

• 3+ years building and scaling operations in tech, real estate, or complex service environments
• Proven ability to create order from chaos and design systems that scale
• Deep experience with project management tools, automation, and AI
• Exceptional written communication and documentation skills
• Self-directed work style with proven remote work success
• Available for Eastern Time Zone collaboration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
