Dr. Ronald Espinoza’s Plastic Surgery practice in New York City provides high-quality cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, personalized care, and world-class results. We are hiring immediately for a Remote Surgical Coordinatorto join our growing team.

This is a commission-based, work-from-home position with unlimited earning potential for motivated, sales-driven individuals.

Role Overview
As a Remote Surgical Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for prospective patients seeking cosmetic surgery. You will guide them from initial inquiry through the consultation and booking process, providing education, pricing, financing options, and pre-surgery instructions. You will be responsible for building rapport, overcoming objections, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads from phone, email, text, and social media
• Schedule and confirm virtual consultations with the surgeon
• Educate patients on available procedures, recovery expectations, and costs
• Provide financing options and guide patients through the application process
• Close sales by collecting deposits and reserving surgery dates
• Ensure all patient medical forms are completed and uploaded before surgery
• Follow up consistently to answer questions and encourage booking
• Work closely with the medical team to ensure patients are prepared for surgery

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
• Proven experience in a medical office setting or clinic environment; experience in plastic surgery is preferred.
• Prior experience in sales, medical coordination, or cosmetic surgery preferred
• Familiarity with EHR and/or CRM systems is advantageous.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Reliable internet and quiet home workspace
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while providing outstanding customer service to patients.

Compensation
