Residential Building Porter

Commerce Properties is seeking a Full-Time Porter for one of our residential properties.

Duties Include:

• Managing building waste and recycling
• Cleaning common areas and garages
• Inspecting commons areas for cleanliness and risks
• Ordering supplies
• Professional interaction with residents

You Have:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year custodial or janitorial experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• A strong work ethic and the motivation to do the job right.
• The ability to work nights and weekends.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a fantastic team.
• The ability to understand and comply with Federal Fair Housing Guidelines.
• General knowledge of safety and OSHA regulations are preferred, but not required.
