A residential cleaner for The Cleanest, LLC will be in charge of the cleanliness of our client’s homes. It is expected that each task will be done in an efficient, yet thorough, professional manner. Cleaning requirements vary depending on the needs of our clients. Size and length of each clean also depend on our client’s individual needs. Clients and pets may be present during cleans. Residential Cleaners may be assigned to move-out/turnover cleans periodically.

REQUIRED FOR RESIDENTIAL CLEANER POSITION:

- VALID driver's license and your own RELIABLE vehicle. (You will be required to provide your own transportation to and from properties while also transporting cleaning equipment and supplies provided to you by The Cleanest, LLC) **Please do not apply if you do not have your own vehicle.**

- Friendly and positive demeanor

- Willingness to learn and grow within the team

- Capable of accepting constructive criticism for improvement

- Available to work 9AM-5PM MONDAY through FRIDAY

- General knowledge of cleaning supplies and safety

- NO FELONIES. NO misdemeanors involving theft, stealing, vandalism, trespassing, destruction of property, etc. The safety of our clients, their homes, and their belongings is extremely important to us!

TYPICAL DAILY TASKS TO BE COMPLETED BY RESIDENTIAL CLEANER:

- High/low dusting (walls, ceilings, air vents, ceiling fans, light fixtures, picture frames, blinds, window sills, baseboards, etc.)

- Bathrooms (mirrors, sinks/cabinetry, lid-to-base toilet, shower/bathtub, etc.)

- Kitchens (countertops using remove-and-replace method, faces of all appliances, inside of microwave, inside of oven when applicable, sinks, etc.)

- Floors (sweep, mop, and vacuum)

- Glass cleaning (windows, doors, and mirrors)

The Cleanest, LLC is looking for responsible, respectful, hard-working employees to add to our team. Employees hired will be expected to carry out their duties with the utmost finesse and integrity. Training with an employee for this position is required for approximately two weeks prior to assignment of clients for individual cleans.
