A Typical Day;

A typical day in the life of a Central Carolina Service Dispatcher includes:

• Prioritizing calls to meet daily revenue goals

• Managing technician schedules and relaying accurate information to ensure proficient, quality customer experiences

• Communicating with customers throughout the day to keep them informed, establishing customer rapport and encouraging repeat business

• Processing completed orders and coordinating follow up orders, including ordering parts, entering purchase orders, and scheduling repairs

A Central Carolina Service Dispatcher will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent

• IT competent, experience with Microsoft Office
