Restaurant General Manager

An exciting restaurant in Wheeling, WV area is looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving business success.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, high-quality food presentation, and an inviting atmosphere.
• Manage FOH operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Monitor financial performance, including labor costs, food costs, and cash handling, to optimize profitability.
• Implement and maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and customer service.
• Work alongside the owner to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement.
• Lead catering initiatives, build community partnerships, and expand our presence in the local market.
• Collaborate with chefs, bar staff, and marketing to enhance menu offerings and promotional initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of restaurant management or hospitality experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• ServSafe Certification and a valid driver’s license required.
