Full job description

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service

- Manage and supervise staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations

- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure guest satisfaction

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals

- Implement strategies to increase sales and profitability

- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and updates

- Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:

- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred

- Proven track record in supervising a team in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with kitchen management procedures and food safety regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate tasks effectively

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations calmly

- Proficient in inventory control and cost management techniques
