Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences in both fine dining and casual dining settings. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage kitchen staff, bartenders, and front-of-house personnel while ensuring the highest standards of service and culinary excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage and train staff, including interviewing candidates for various positions within the restaurant.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain menu quality and presentation, working closely with cooks to ensure culinary excellence.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
  • Implement and manage POS systems for efficient order processing and payment handling.
  • Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to ensure a positive dining experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in both fine dining and casual dining environments.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary practices and kitchen operations.
  • is a plus, as well as familiarity with various beverage offerings.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Proficient in using POS systems for order management and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
