Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences in both fine dining and casual dining settings. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage kitchen staff, bartenders, and front-of-house personnel while ensuring the highest standards of service and culinary excellence.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage and train staff, including interviewing candidates for various positions within the restaurant.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain menu quality and presentation, working closely with cooks to ensure culinary excellence.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Implement and manage POS systems for efficient order processing and payment handling.
- Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to ensure a positive dining experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in both fine dining and casual dining environments.
- Strong knowledge of culinary practices and kitchen operations.

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Proficient in using POS systems for order management and reporting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
