Ross Restoration is a 17-year-old restoration company built on a foundation of integrity, expertise, and family values. We are currently seeking Water, Fire, and Mold Mitigation technicians to join our dedicated team. With after-hours bonuses of up to $200 per call, this is an excellent opportunity for motivated professionals looking to grow within a company that truly cares about its employees and community.

Job Purpose:
- Mitigate / Restore residential and commercial buildings for water, fire, and mold.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to emergency calls for water, fire, and mold damage.
- Assess damage and create a plan of action for remediation.
- Use specialized equipment to extract water, dry affected areas, and clean up fire and smoke damage.
- Perform mold remediation following industry standards.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
Requirements
- Attention to detail, thorough and pride in work performed
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to analyze customer's needs and recommend the best solution
- Professional behavior, including promptness, neatness, team spirit, and willingness to take proper care of company vehicles and equipment
- Flexible to adjust work schedule to meet demand. Must be available 24 / 7 / 365 and willing to work overtime. Weekend work is required, and must be able to be on call
- A valid driver's license, a clean criminal background, and a clean driving record are required
- Ability to educate clientele on other available services to help grow the company
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly, up to 100 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to drive large commercial vehicles, including dump trailers and trailers, a plus
