Retail Floor Manager

We are seeking a Floor Manager to manage and direct the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience, be reliable and communicate well with staff. The Retail Store Manager will work closely with our team of management professionals to ensure that the team is exceeding expectations, and that our customers are receiving friendly, efficient and professional service.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret management directives and assist in their implementation.
• Maintain a high level of customer service in the store.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the store manager or district manager.
• Train, coach and maximize success of retail associates.
• Maintain store appearance, displays and merchandising.
• Responsible for opening and/or closing the store (no later than 7:30pm).
• Set schedule. Work the same hours every week. Do not apply if you can not work these hours:
• Sunday and Monday 8am-4:30pm. Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday 11am-7:30pm. OFF every Thursday and Friday.
• Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation to be able to make bank deposits.
• Get paid every Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
