Retail Sales Associate

Objective: Assist all customers by making them feel welcome, and help them find what they need. Keep the store organized by being stocked, priced, and clean.

Expectations:

• Greet and assist all customers
• Answer questions and provide correct and helpful information
• Provide a consistent quality of customer service
• Cashier and load customer vehicles
• Stock, merchandise, and organize displays
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment
• Adopt additional duties that fluctuate with the season like frost protection and increased watering

We are hiring for our spring season and looking for 20-30 new hires to join the team. This is a seasonal position, our busiest time of the year is March through May.
Our industry is weather dependent. If the weather is nice in February we will have more hours available, but if it's cold then we'll have to slowly ease people onto the schedule.

We are open 7 days a week, which means at least 1 weekend shift is required.
For those people that want a lot of hours, overtime is not uncommon during the height of our busy season. But fear not! If you're only looking for a couple days a week, we can work with that schedule as well.

Additional Information:
We are an outside business which means you will be working in all types of weather, temperatures range from 10°F to 115°F.
This is a physically demanding job, you will be on your feet all day.
You will need to be able to lift 25 pounds.

No need to go to the gym, this job is a workout!

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
