Zappy's Auto Washes is growing fast, and we’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Retail & Customer Service Specialist to be the heartbeat of our Mentor, OH Headquarters. In this role, you’ll assist customers with high-quality detailing products and gift cards, while also managing inbound customer service for all 20+ Zappy’s locations across Northeast Ohio.

Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time work, this position offers a consistent schedule and the opportunity to cross-train in other departments—such as our car wash, in-shop detailing, and mobile detailing—if you're interested in variety and additional hours.

Position Details:

• Full-Time or Part-Time
• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Location: 8806 Mentor Ave Unit D, Mentor, OH 44060
• Minimum Age: 16 years
• Requirement: Valid driver's license

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with retail sales of car detailing products and gift cards
• Answer incoming calls for all Zappy’s locations, including:

-Appointment scheduling
-Refund and damage request processing
-Membership and service inquiries

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Support the store manager with daily operations
• Optional: Work shifts in other departments such as the car wash, detail bays, or mobile detailing
