HART’s Retail Store Manager is a whip-smart, go-getting, proactive, and organized leader who is passionate about delivering an exceptional retail and customer service experience.
This position requires thoughtful leadership both on-the-floor and back-of-house. They are excellent delegators - not afraid to ask the team to step-up for a variety of tasks big and small.

Leadership & Team Management
❏ Serve as top liaison between all store and HQ relations and communication
❏ Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and developing store talent across all areas of the business
❏ Implement HART retail and HR guidelines
❏ Store Manager will lead and execute all efforts required to meet and exceed store sales goals
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
❏ Delegate and oversee physical inventory labor, including weekly charm & chain inventory counts and communication to HQ
❏ Uphold and maintain loss prevention standards
SALES
❏ Communicate and demonstrate the HART brand aesthetic to the sales team and customer, acting as a brand ambassador
❏ Foster a detail oriented environment to inspire team to continuous improvement and sales goal achievement
❏ Act as a mentor and leader on the sales floor (and off!) with positive, inspiring energy
CUSTOMER RELATIONS & EVENTS
❏ Lead on private parties and onsite event management
❏ Liaison with Retail & Events Manager to strategize in store activations and bring HART brand awareness to the community
REQUIREMENTS:
Genuine enthusiasm for retail, fashion, and jewelry and an outgoing, friendly demeanor. Basic-level jewelry assembly (jump rings, pliers) and an artistic eye for detail and scale. Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross functional team focused environment.
The ideal candidate is a natural leader, communicator, personable and has incredible attention to detail and a healthy sprinkle of perfectionism. This person embodies the HART attitude - a positive, fun, curious person who loves connecting with people. Minimum of 4 years retail management experience required.
REPORTING
Store Manager reports directly to Retail & Events Manager. Assistant Store Manager, Key Holders and Sales Associates report to Store Manager.
This full-time salaried position includes required availability to work a flexible work schedule (days, evenings, weekends, & holidays if required to meet the needs of the business). Parking included. Occasional after-hours plus travel as needed. Benefits include paid time off, insurance (health, dental, and vision) for eligible employees, and employee discount.
