About the Role

As the pioneering Store Manager for our first US store, you will be instrumental in establishing moodytiger's success and paving the way for future expansion. We seek an experienced and entrepreneurial retail leader who excels in managing a frontline team while adeptly balancing critical business needs. Your leadership and vision will be crucial in shaping the store's operations and ensuring a successful launch and growth trajectory for moodytiger in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

Hire, Train, and Motivate the Team: Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

Set and Achieve Sales Targets: Establish and meet sales objectives while fostering a positive and motivating work environment.

Develop Strong Customer Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships through clienteling and personalized interactions.

Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, customer service needs, and inventory control.

Monitor Inventory Levels: Ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize shrinkage through effective management.

Responsibility for P&L: Manage the store’s profit and loss, ensuring operating costs remain within budget.

Maintain Store Environment: Consistently uphold the store environment and visual display standards to enhance the customer experience.

Analyze Sales Data: Review sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

Hard skills:

  • Minimum 3 Years of Experience: Proven track record with at least three years in sportsfashion, or apparel retail, demonstrating an understanding of industry-specific dynamics.
  • Inventory Management and Merchandising: Expertise in inventory control, merchandisingpractices,and visual presentation standards.
  • Sales and Marketing Strategies: Familiarity with contemporary sales and marketingstrategies, with the ability to implement effective promotions and campaians.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interacteffectively with customers and team members.

Soft Skills:

  • Leadership and Team Motivation: Strong leadership abilities to inspire, train, and managea high-performing team.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Outstanding customer service and clienteling skills, with akeen focus on creating exceptional customer experiences.
