Competitive Pay & Flexible Shifts:
- New Grad Pay Range: $28-$30/hour, depending on your degree
- Experienced RN Pay: Competitive, based on experience
- Shifts: Flexible scheduling for 36 or 40-hour weeks, typically in three 12-hour shifts (7A-7:30PM AND/OR 7PM-7:30AM), depending on the clinical area.
Sign-On Bonus for select areas!!
- $15,000 for New Grads
- $25,000 for experienced RN's
Your Role as a Registered Nurse:
At UK HealthCare, our RNs provide compassionate, patient-centered care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Responsibilities include assessing, documenting, and implementing care plans, working collaboratively with physicians, and overseeing Nursing Care Technicians. We foster a culture of teamwork and communication to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
Nationally Accredited Nurse Residency Program for New Graduates:
All new graduate RNs will participate in our Nurse Residency Program (NRP), a nationally recognized, mandatory program designed to support your transition into professional practice. This program is fully paid and scheduled as part of your work hours.
