Sales Account Manager

LaMonica Beverages Inc. is a family-owned business located in Loves Park, Illinois. We have been in business for over 30 years building long lasting relationships with the people, businesses and communities we serve.

The Sales Account Manager duties include selling in all products including beer, non-alcoholic products and wine & spirits. Focus on new placements, pricing, displays, draft lines and product freshness. The ideal Account Manager must be an aggressive sales person that can execute company and corporate goals. This position will be expected to manage the route driver and merchandiser. Must have proactive communication skills to make sure team is informed of opportunities/issues and will lead the execution and resolution of those items.

Requirements:

• Vehicle allowance & gas card
• College degree is encouraged
• Valid driver’s license and maintain personal auto insurance
• Ability to manage team
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Customer service skills
• Basic math skills
• Flexibility in work schedule. May include occasional nights and weekends
• Professional appearance
• Ability to lift 50 pounds. Ability to work hand cart/jack with up to 250 pounds
• Ability to speak, read and write the English language

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
