Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in researching potential clients and building a robust call list to expand our client base. This role requires a blend of exceptional administrative skills, proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel), and the confidence to communicate effectively over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct thorough research on potential clients to build and maintain an accurate and robust call list.

· Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze data, ensuring the maintenance of comprehensive and organized records.

·Proactively identify Key Decision Makers (KDMs) within target organizations through various research methods and direct outreach.

·Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and reports, utilizing MS Office tools to create professional and impactful materials.

·Handle a high volume of work with utmost precision and accuracy, meeting tight deadlines.

·Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and refine outreach methods.

·Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and company information.

·Support in administrative duties within the sales department

·Review opportunities for Proposals and support with RFP evaluation and compilation

·Entering new clients in the applicant tracking software

Qualifications:

·Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.

·Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

·Strong research and analytical skills.

·Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

·Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

·Comfortable with making phone calls and engaging in professional conversations.

·Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·High attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.

·Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
