Sales Agent - $75K plus Residuals

North Texas Health Insurance is growing! We just opened a second office, so we have a few positions to fill at our original Keller office for full-time work. We offer a competitive compensation plan plus quarterly and annual bonuses based on performance.

This is an in-office position. After 90 days, remote and hybrid work schedules will be considered for top performers.

Sales managers are promoted from within the company, so there is room for advancement as well.

Responsibilities:

- Prospect using company-provided leads that are purchased daily for you
- Counsel and advise prospects about available portfolio of products
- Participate in various incentive programs and contests designed to support achievement of production goals
- Meet or exceed company goals for volume of new sales

Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Highly effective communication skills in person and on the phone
- Demonstrates persuasion and negotiation skills
- College degree not required
- Organizational skills and effective time management
- Ability to work autonomously
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing preferred

This position requires that you attain and maintain a current state insurance license in life, health, and accident. Training programs offered to unlicensed candidates who meet other qualification requirements.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
