We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales and marketing efforts, providing crucial support across order processing, customer service, lead generation, competitor analysis, and social media management. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of supporting both the sales and marketing departments to achieve company goals.

Primary Responsibilities

Sales Team Support

· Lead Entry

o Enter leads into the CRM system accurately and efficiently.

o Communicates with Sales team to ensure lead accuracy and eliminate duplication.

o Communicates with Sales team to ensure lead accuracy and eliminate duplication.

· Consumables

o Monitor and contact customers regarding underutilized asset machines in the field.

· Order Entry

o Accurately enter order details into the CRM system

o Verify order information, including product details, pricing, quantities, and shipping information, to ensure accuracy.

o Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless order processing and customer support.


· Events

o Contribute to the successful execution of marketing events and trade shows.

· Branding Changeover

o Review and update marketing materials, website content, and social media profiles to reflect the new branding.

o Support the development and implementation of a new brand identity, including logo, messaging, and visuals.

Product Management

· Competitive analysis

o Assist Product Management by conducting ongoing research and analysis of competitor offerings, strategies, and market trends.

· Enter Innovation Form information to tracking sheet

o Clarify and input data from completed Innovation Forms into a designated tracking sheet.

Digital Marketing

  • Social Media
  • Assist with execution of social media campaigns.
  • Track social media engagement to identify high-performing campaigns.
  • Respond to comments & DMs on social media platforms.
  • Monitor user-generated content relative to our brand & industry.
  • Regularly review competitor digital marketing across various digital channels
  • Maintain email contact list.

Administrative Support

· Phone Support

o Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls, actively listening to customer needs, and promptly resolving their inquiries or routing them to the appropriate team member.

· Conversion of Process maps into Vizio

o Translate complex process maps into visually clear and easy-to-understand Vizio diagrams.

· Planning Team Support

o Publish a variety of weekly Production Planning reports to the Operations Team.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred)

· 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, sales support, or marketing role

Interpersonal Skills:

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and social media management tools

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Highly motivated and results-oriented

· Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

· Experience with graphic design and/or content creation is a plus
