The Sales and Office Assistant is crucial for office management and the smooth operation of our sales teams. This role requires a talented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to ensuring the accuracy and organization of sales and office operations. Sales Responsibilities

This individual is responsible for helping to support the Social Assurance and Class Intercom sales teams. The sales support related responsibilities include:

  • Maintenance of CRM records and data management
  • Management of sales promotional materials
  • Prospecting process activities and support
  • Sales sequence coordination assistance
  • Webinar coordination assistance
  • Conference coordination assistance
  • Attendance at select conferences in a sales support role
  • Management of events calendar
  • Sales reports assistance
  • Sales lists management
  • Special programs coordination and support

Office Management Responsibilities

This individual is additionally responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Social Assurance office. Responsibilities include:

  • Organization of office space, kitchen, and supplies
  • Supplies management and ordering
  • Internal event planning
  • Shipping management and oversight
  • Parking pass management
  • Office duties as assigned

Travel Requirements

This position may require travel up to 2-3 times per year to provide sales support at conferences.

Background and Qualifications

  • 1+ years of customer service or sales experience
  • Experience working in a CRM system
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google products
  • Familiarity of SaaS organizations and operations
  • Understanding of social media networks and a drive to stay on top of related trends
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
