What You'll Do:

• Develop OEM Business: You’ll spearhead efforts to grow our OEM partnerships, identifying new market opportunities and driving our business forward.
• Provide Tailored Solutions: Serve as a key point of contact for customers, delivering accurate pricing and delivery information while collaborating with internal teams to address technical needs.
• Sales with a Purpose: Your role is more than just sales—you’ll focus on understanding customer challenges and offering thoughtful, technical solutions that meet their needs.
• Build Strong Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with customers, ensuring outstanding service and proactive follow-up on quotes and orders.
• Engage Effectively: Utilize your communication skills to connect with customers over the phone and in person, fostering a friendly, approachable atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience: At least one year of experience in sales or engineering (four years preferred), with the ability to blend both skill sets.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, a professional phone manner, and a keen attention to detail. You’re comfortable multitasking and balancing priorities.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems (like Salesforce), ERP systems, and Solidworks are highly valued.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
