Full job description

Haven Haus Co. is growing! As we continue to expand our in-store and online presence, we’re seeking a Sales Assistant Manager who can take ownership of sales performance, team coaching, and daily goal execution at our Midway location.

This is not a traditional store manager role. Instead, you’ll join a collaborative leadership team with shared ownership across key functions like merchandising, guest experience, operations, and buying. Your core focus will be to drive revenue, develop high-performing associates, and build a sales culture rooted in connection.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Set and communicate daily sales goals and shift KPIs
  • Monitor performance throughout the day and coach in real time to help the team connect with customers
  • Lead regular floor walkthroughs and daily huddles to ensure strong connection moments
  • Help team connect products to lifestyle through storytelling and cross-selling

Team Development

  • Act as the go-to coach for all sales associates during your shifts
  • Provide ongoing feedback and support through one-on-ones and floor coaching
  • Motivate the team with energy and a shared sense of purpose around our sales goals

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with the Brand, Creative, Ops, and Buying leads to integrate campaigns and initiatives into the store experience
  • Provide regular feedback on customer response to product and promotions

Leadership & Ownership

  • Be a consistent leadership presence during peak store hours, evenings, and weekends
  • Participate in weekly planning and leadership check-ins
  • Take initiative and problem-solve in the moment to create a seamless store experience

Who You Are

  • Experience in retail sales is not required, but preferred.
  • Passionate about building a high-touch customer experience through service and storytelling
  • Energized by setting goals and leading a team to meet them
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces
  • Collaborative, proactive, and excited to work within a growing brand and evolving model
  • Available for nights, weekends, and key seasonal moments
