Sales Associate

Haven Haus Co. is growing and we’re looking for someone excited to grow with us. As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in helping us expand our reach, deepen our connections with customers, and achieve sales goals while maintaining the heart of what makes Haven special. We are looking for someone who leads with connection and thrives in a beautifully curated retail environment. A strong sense of style, enthusiasm for home and gifting, and a genuine love for people are a must.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and engage every guest with warmth and professionalism
• Drive sales by maintaining deep product knowledge and a passion for storytelling
• Keep the store beautifully stocked, styled, and organized
• Offer thoughtful recommendations and styling ideas across home, gifts, and apparel
• Build relationships with our community of loyal customers
• Support store merchandising, restocking, and maintaining the visual appeal of the store
• Assist during events, launches, and seasonal promotions

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous retail experience preferred
• Motivated by connection and sales success
• Strong communication and people skills
• A proactive and collaborative mindset
• Evening and weekend availability required
