Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales & Marketing Consultant, you will be responsible for the following:

1. Prospect and Generate Leads:

  • Independently identify and target potential clients within the healthcare industry.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies.

2. Outreach and Relationship Building:

  • Initiate contact with leads through in-person meetings, calls, emails, Zooms and Looms.
  • Conduct in-person visits to businesses to establish strong relationships.
  • Effectively communicate our services and value propositions to potential clients.

3. Self-Motivation and Goal Achievement:

  • Maintain a high level of self-motivation to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Stay organized and focused to ensure continuous prospecting and follow-ups.
  • Demonstrate resilience in the face of challenges and rejection.

4. Digital Audits and Marketing Strategies:

  • Independently perform digital audits to assess the online presence of potential clients and identify opportunities.
  • Develop and propose customized marketing strategies to meet the unique needs of each prospect.

5. Compensation Package:

  • Competitive base salary to support your financial stability.
  • Recurring commission on new accounts, providing uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Experience with digital marketing strategies and audits is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for in-person meetings as needed.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
