Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales & Marketing Consultant, you will be responsible for the following:
1. Prospect and Generate Leads:
- Independently identify and target potential clients within the healthcare industry.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies.
2. Outreach and Relationship Building:
- Initiate contact with leads through in-person meetings, calls, emails, Zooms and Looms.
- Conduct in-person visits to businesses to establish strong relationships.
- Effectively communicate our services and value propositions to potential clients.
3. Self-Motivation and Goal Achievement:
- Maintain a high level of self-motivation to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay organized and focused to ensure continuous prospecting and follow-ups.
- Demonstrate resilience in the face of challenges and rejection.
4. Digital Audits and Marketing Strategies:
- Independently perform digital audits to assess the online presence of potential clients and identify opportunities.
- Develop and propose customized marketing strategies to meet the unique needs of each prospect.
5. Compensation Package:
- Competitive base salary to support your financial stability.
- Recurring commission on new accounts, providing uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience with digital marketing strategies and audits is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for in-person meetings as needed.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
