Role Description:

This role require you to sell our virtual restaurant brands and form partnerships with existing restaurants / ghost kitchens.

In this role you will primarily perform cold outreach to restaurant owners via calls, emails and SMS to schedule qualified leads for our Inside Sales Team, and maintain a consistent flow of opportunities for the company.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The SDR plays a vital role in driving the success of our sales team by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for our sales executives. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with restaurant owners who fit the ideal profile to partner with our virtual restaurant brands.

Compensation

$600 per closed, qualified restaurant account.

We do not cap commissions!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify quality restaurant operators.
  • Perform cold outreach to pre-qualified leads via established communication channels.
  • Qualify leads over the phone to determine their interest and fit for our products and services using provided leads through our dialing CRM.
  • Schedule appointments for our sales executives to meet with potential restaurant partners.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture the relationship and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for feedback and data on outreach response.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with making cold calls and sending emails to potential customers
  • Familiarity with sales metrics and KPIs
  • Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus

Required Qualifications:

  • C1 / C2 - English Level
  • 1+ years of experience in cold outreach or in a sales role
  • Experience in either B2B or B2C sales and lead generation
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple duties in a fast-paced environment
  • Good pipeline and calendar management to generate consistent opportunities
  • Bonus: familiarity with the restaurant industry and/or Virtual Restaurant Brands
