Sales Development

Join our awesome team of experts! Dassian collectively delivers solutions that exceed our customer’s complex business requirements leveraging their SAP investments. As part of our sales team, you will play a key role in the success of the company and client. You will have the opportunity to develop your career in a fast and challenging environment.

We are seeking an individual with 2 + years experience in a software sales environment to join our team. This is a remote position with very minimal travel (2-4 times per year).

  • Confident, enthusiastic, and positive attitude. A self-starter with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong computer skills and experience using the Office 365 suite of products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and rapport with potential clients and partners.
  • Proactive in identifying and qualifying potential leads, and utilizing various research and outreach methods.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads/contacts through research, networking, and marketing campaigns.
  • Assist sales team in developing new client base.
  • Research prospective clients through various means.
  • Manage pre-sales, assist with demonstrations, establish requirements, and support the sales process through agreement execution.
  • Participate in the transfer of pre-sales knowledge to the project team; establish internal kick-off meetings and remain engaged in the post-sales process.
  • Build internal relationships within the organization.
  • Manage Dassian’s webinars and content.
  • Maintain MS Dynamics information and become subject matter expect using CRM.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ Years of software sales experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience of a sales process and ability to manage prospecting, and current accounts.
  • Ability to identify client needs, provide solutions and overcome objections.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and persistence.
  • Experience or interest in A&D, Engineering and Construction or Government Contracting.
  • Ability to build strong connections via phone and virtual meeting technologies without in-person interaction.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight on a regular basis.
