Sales Manager (CPG)

Handi-Foil Corp., is the industry leader in the marketing and sale of recyclable aluminum baking, cooking and food storage containers to the retail grocery industry. We have an immediate opening for a Sales Manager. As the industry leader, Handi-Foil continues to experience strong growth. The right candidate for this key role will possess extensive retail grocery (CPG) industry experience and knowledge.

Position Overview:

• Active management of existing customer accounts.
• Responsible for developing new customers and growing revenues.
• Manage and direct the sales efforts of outside manufacturer reps and brokers.
• Work retail trade shows throughout the year.
• Reports directly to the President.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5-10 years of retail experience in a sales manager role.
• Experienced selling in the retail grocery CPG space.
• Willingness to travel nationwide 25% - 50% of the time.
• Proven ability to develop and manage professional network and relationships.
• Proven record of developing business leads and bringing in new business.
• High energy level and passion for sales.
• A persuasive communication style, both verbal and written.
• Goal oriented and results driven personality is essential.
• Well organized and analytical skill and ability to evaluate sales results.
• Strong computer skills required.
• Must reside locally. Position is based in Wheeling, Illinois

This position is based in our Wheeling, Illinois corporate office. Candidates who do not reside locally will be considered but on condition of relocation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
