Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Sales Consultants
• Oversee Internet Department
• Meet or exceed the minimum required goals
• Desk deals

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive management experience required
• Fantastic communication skills with your customers
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
• Clean driving record
