Come join a solid team that is celebrating 25 years! We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and driven sales representative to generate leads and drive sales!

The goal is to increase revenue through the enhancement of pre-established customers and the development of new customers. You should be able to create as well as present persuasive sales proposals to customers to encourage sales and repeat business. Responsibilities include submission of regular sales reports to management, informing potential and existing customers of products, services and benefits and assisting with estimates.

To be successful a sales representative, you will need to demonstrate effective written and verbal communication and top-notch customer service to continually meet or exceed sales targets.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Increase revenue from established customers and generate additional revenue from new customers by using proper sales techniques, problem solving skills and account management.

· Continuously improve knowledge of construction in general, and how our organization operates to benefit the customer.

· Professionally represent the company to existing and potential customers and successfully execute the sales process.

· Establish goals and objectives as they relate to the position, along with a plan of action to attain or exceed set goals.

· Regularly review and monitor progress against goals and seek assistance as needed.

· Communicate effectively with associates, superiors, and customers.

· Continuously prospect for new business.

· Qualify prospects prior to any major time investment on the part of the company.

· Develop professional sales presentations using available company resources.

· Obtain assistance as needed in technical areas.

· Maintain adequate sales activity records, present to management as requested.

· Develop and maintain a system of follow-up to ensure no prospective customer or bid "falls through the cracks".

· Submit recommendations and suggestions to management designed to improve sales, efficiency or operations of the department or the company.

· Follow a sale through job completion, assisting to ensure the company's performance exceeds customer expectations.

· Reinforce the company's professional image in all efforts.

· Develop and maintain quality relations with customers.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Other job-related duties may be assigned from time to time by management.

EDUCATION/SKILLS REQUIRED:

· A bachelor’s degree in a related field, e.g., business, marketing, accounting, etc.

· Valid driver’s license

· Be goal oriented; able to establish goals, and monitor progress against set goals.

· Be highly skilled in the process of selling, and constantly strive for improvement.

· Be organized and customer oriented.

· Possess a high work ethic, moral and personal integrity, and honesty.

· Be able to effectively communicate with others, including associates and customers.

· Be mature, flexible, and self-motivated.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

· Have an adequate knowledge of the industry in order to command the client's attention and respect.

· Exemplify professionalism in personal appearance, manner, and dress according to acceptable standards set by the company.

· Experience in fabrication or installation environment preferred.

DESIRED:

· 3-5 Years sales experience in the same or a similar industry.

WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT:

The position will generally be working in a climate-controlled office. Some work will be done in the field, actively making sales calls at customer offices and/or on job sites. Exposure to weather elements is to be expected. Workplace noise is in the moderate range, typical of standard office environments. Job sites may be loud, noisy, dusty, or dirty.

Job Type: Full-Time

Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, with occasional Saturdays & Evenings

Rate of Pay: $20-$24/Hour Base Pay + Monthly Bonus per goals

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
