Sales Representative

Location: Los Angeles, Brentwood/West LA

Salary: $18.00 - $40.00 per hour, plus commission

Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week with weekend availability

We specialize in residential and commercial floor products and pride ourselves on being experts. We seek a results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and help expand our market reach.

Job Overview: This role is ideal for a proactive and ambitious professional with a strong sales background, preferably in floor coverings or a related industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with various clients remotely and through regular site visits.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales activities from lead generation to close, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Engage with contractors, architects, designers, and homeowners to understand their needs and provide expert advice and solutions.
• Remain knowledgeable about our product offerings and discuss options to meet client expectations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle remotely and through face-to-face interactions.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and our internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales, focusing on flooring or construction-related products.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, energetic and personable demeanor.
• Driven to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Must have a valid driver's license for client visits, plus a reliable mode of transportation.
