Compensation Range:

  • 1st Year $55,000 - $110,000
  • 2nd Year $110,000 - $200,000
  • 3rd Year Sky's the limit

Job Overview:

As a Sales Representative at Forward Edge, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth and success. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, develop, and close sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets. You will be the face of our company, building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, and showcasing the unique value of the Products & Services we offer.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold-calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand the needs and requirements of potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services, pricing, and competitive advantages to effectively present solutions to clients.
  • Engage with prospective customers through compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and sales pitches.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements and contracts while adhering to company policies and legal guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales manager or team.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a related sales role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive abilities with a customer-focused approach.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Solid understanding of sales techniques and sales cycle.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field (preferred but not mandatory).
