The team member must pass all appropriate Michigan insurance licensing. For this agency, each team member will be required to acquire and maintain a Property & Casualty license before the date of hire. This license is required to conduct normal business operations and assist client’s needs.

Pay

Commission & Salary (no caps on commission paid) There will be a 90-day probationary period demonstrating aptitude for position.

  • average first year = $50k
  • above average first year = $50k+
  • Salary based on experience (ranges from $14-18/hr)
  • Commission to be discussed (ranges from $50 -$250/day)

Bonuses available weekly, monthly, and annually depending on sales performance

Schedule

Monday – Friday

9 AM – 5 PM

Time off
