Position Summary:

As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate strong relationships with potential customers within the automotive aftermarket industry. By showcasing our cutting-edge products and services, you will be instrumental in closing sales and boosting our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop meaningful relationships with both existing and potential customers to drive loyalty and long-term partnerships.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and constantly promoting our customer-centric culture.
  • Develop sales strategies and tactics to expand our customer base.
  • Presenting product information and demonstrations to customers.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities.
  • Seek out and learn the company’s product lines to accurately and effectively relay that information to customers.
  • New products and modifications are common here; we are always pushing the limits and improving our products. This position requires the drive to take responsibility for keeping up with what is new and in turn being capable of communicating that to customers.
  • Communicates closely with Production/Department Leads to gather accurate lead times and assign realistic timelines when quoting customers.
  • Identify customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Identify potential new product offerings based off customer needs and communicate new product ideas.
  • Treats customers fairly and honestly while demonstrating the company’s commitment to unmatched customer service and ethical business practices.
  • Performs routine daily housekeeping tasks to maintain and enhance the cleanliness and good appearance of their work area/show room.
  • Treats all employees fairly, courteously and with the utmost respect and dignity.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Friendly, pleasant personality.
  • Working knowledge of product line, or the ability and desire to get up to speed quickly.
  • Highly motivated self-starter.
  • Creative thinker.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, thorough and accurate.
  • Positive, supportive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Open to travel.
  • Bilingual language skills are a huge plus!
  • In-person work at our physical location.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
  • Industry-specific knowledge may be required.
