Join Our Winning Sales Team!

MB Jessee Painting, Inc., the region’s most well-respected painting company, has been in business for 30 years. We are currently looking for an energetic and results-driven sales representative to work out of our Oakland office. This is a career opportunity in a great working environment.

In this position, you’ll prepare and present accurate bids to fine homes and commercial properties in the Bay Area. You will interact closely with homeowners, contractors, designers, and property managers. You will work with company-generated leads, as well as use your natural business development skills to bring on new business opportunities. This is an opportunity for you if you are a goal-oriented individual with a passion for closing the deal. We will look for you to be involved in our business development, lead generation, and marketing programs. You will need to become a significant participant in community building and networking activities.

A Qualified Candidate is:

  • Crushes Goals and results driven
  • People person. Everybody seems to like you
  • Strong negotiation sales
  • Must have 5 years previous experience in the Painting Trade
  • Skilled at overcoming objections and asking for the sale
  • Willing to dedicate 40-45 hours per week to this position

Requirements:

  • 5 years experience in Painting Trade
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Blueprint Reading a plus
  • At least 5 years of sales experience
  • Industry product knowledge
  • Valid CA Driver License to drive company vehicle
