Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, appraisers, and related stakeholders to promote our appraisal technology solutions.
- Identify prospective clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting the benefits of our innovative tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, offering technical support, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase product awareness and market penetration.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological developments to effectively position our products in the marketplace.

Experience
- Prior experience 2+ years in SMB, mid-market customers, sales, or customer service roles is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with real estate industry practices or appraisal processes is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
