Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed to Apply:
- Must have or be willing to get your Alaska Real Estate License ASAP.
- Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their goals.
- Comfortable and able to meet and interact with new people.
- Professional in appearance and attitude.

- Ability to learn new tools, systems, and technologies.
- Self-motivated, self-managed, creative, assertive and accountable.
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written).
- Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
- Desire to participate in career and personal development on growth-oriented team.
- Must be a high-school graduate and at least 18 years of age.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car.

Experience:
- Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Real Estate License (Preferred)
