Sales Manager

Compensation: Base salary plus unlimited variable compensation with on-target earnings $100k/yr - $140k/yr.

What You'll Be Doing:

Sales Excellence: Leverage your years of sales experience and passion for sales excellence to lead by example by actively engaging prospective customers in the sales process and achieving personal sales targets.

Team Leadership: Provide leadership, direction, a hunting mindset, coaching and support to the sales team, enabling them to achieve sales targets and growth objectives. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving collective goals.

Customer Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers and strategic partners in a remote sales setting, with occasional in-person selling. Ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Innovative Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align B9C solutions and services effectively to fulfill customers’ needs, working strategically to ensure long-term success and growth for the customer and B9C.

Requirements:

Proven Sales Experience and Education: Minimum 4 years of successful B2B sales experience with experience and desire to work in a remote sales setting. A bachelor's degree in related field and completion of a structured sales program.

Leadership Acumen: A minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, demonstrating the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team.
