Sandwich Maker - $18-24 (w/ tips)

We are looking for a prep/line cook/sandwich maker to serve and prepare sandwiches and beverages, such as coffee, tea, juices, salads, and wraps for the café; have customer service skills; willing to learn; have a strong work ethic; and willing to work various shifts, from 6 AM - 3 PM (full-time). Note: the position includes tips.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Greet, engage, and communicate with customers
• Serve beverages, baked goods, and prepared food
• Prepare all sandwich ingredients, including washing, cutting, slicing, chopping, and grating ingredients according to established guidelines
• Operate the cash register and handing customers the correct change
• Clean and restock work and dining areas
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality controls

Skills

• At least one year experience in food service and beverage preparation.
• The ability to work effectively under stress in a coffee shop environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
